What The Path Finder is

The Path Finder is an educational decision-support product. It compares information you provide with a library of career, freelance, service-business and expertise-based paths and creates a personalized action plan.

One purchase, one consultation

Each purchase unlocks one assessment and one resulting consultation. Private access lasts for 90 days from the purchase date. A completed purchase cannot be reused to generate additional consultations. If your circumstances change and you want a fresh assessment, a new one-time purchase creates a separate consultation without overwriting another consultation that is still active.

No guarantee of outcomes

Recommendations do not guarantee employment, clients, income, business success, investment returns, or any specific financial result. Market conditions, qualifications, licensing requirements and individual execution differ.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying legal, licensing, tax, employment and professional requirements before acting on a recommendation. Do not rely on the product as legal, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Private access

Your paid access is tied to a protected browser session instead of a shareable token in the report URL. The same browser can hold more than one active consultation and lets you switch between them. Do not use the product on a device you do not trust. Use “End private session” when finished on a shared device. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or changing devices can remove self-service access; while the 90-day window is active, support can verify the purchase using Stripe transaction details.

Saved progress and data minimization

Do not submit sensitive identifiers or unrelated personal information in assessment or feedback text. Incomplete assessment progress may be stored in encrypted form so you can resume. Detailed assessment, draft, report and feedback data is intended to be retained for up to 90 days from the purchase date and then removed under the product retention policy.

Deletion and refunds

Deleting the private consultation data for a purchase is irreversible and ends access to that consultation. Minimal transaction records may remain for accounting, fraud prevention, payment disputes or legal obligations. The current product policy provides a 7-day refund request window, subject to the Refunds & Support page and applicable non-waivable consumer rights. A refunded purchase, or a purchase under an unresolved payment dispute, may lose product access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer's report, scrape private data, circumvent payment controls or use the product unlawfully.

Changes

The product, recommendation model and security controls may change as market evidence, product feedback and risk assessments improve.
