You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase by emailing thereisanotherp4th@gmail.com from the email used at checkout. Include the approximate purchase time so we can locate the transaction.

We also review duplicate charges, billing errors, and cases where a technical failure prevents access to the purchased assessment or report. A fully refunded purchase no longer provides access to that consultation. We may refuse abusive or fraudulent refund requests where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
